  • The nearest airport is Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, 26 km from both Seaside home and Beachfront Apartment and 34 km from Santa Monica Apartment.

4)Are children allowed to stay at the property?

  • Children cannot be accommodated at Seaside Home B&B. Children are welcomed at both Beachfront and Santa Monica Apartment.

5)Is there capacity for extra beds in the room?

  • There is no capacity for extra beds in the room at Seaside home but there is a sofa bed in the lounge room at Beachfront and Santa Monica Apartment for the third person.

6)Is breakfast included in the room rate?

  • Yes. It’s a continental breakfast and self-served at Seaside home ONLY. Fresh bread, Weet-bix, porridge, cereals, Vegemite, Nutella are on the dining table in the lounge room. A variety of Jams, butter and milk are in the fridge

  • The property has a total of 3 bedrooms to choose from:

    1.Deluxe Queen – Ensuite room with queen size bed and private entrance and private court yard.
    2.Deluxe Double bed room
    3.Standard Double bed room 
    All rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV.

8)What time is breakfast served?

  • At the guests pleasure, from 7:30 to 10:30 am at Seaside Home B&B only. Breakfast is not included at the Apartments as they are self-contained apartments.

9)Do I need to pay a deposit in advance?

  • Yes, you will be charged a prepayment of the first night after reservation.
  • You can pay by bank transfer or Paypal for the first night only. The property will contact you after you book to provide payment instructions.
  • Please note that we don’t have a credit card facility.

  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.
  • The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night after reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide payment instructions.

  • Yes and it is complimentary at Seaside home but not at the Apartments.

  • Yes, you can park in our driveway at Seaside Home and at Santa Monica Apartment. It’s free and secured. There are only off street parking at Beachfront Apartment.
  • There is also free unlimited parking near all properties. Please read the parking signs as there are permit and limited 1&2 hour parking.

  • Yes, unlimited WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge at all properties.

  • No, Pets are not allowed in all there properties.

16)Is smoking allowed?

  • Our properties are a complete non-smoking home and apartment. Smoking is only permitted in the private courtyard, outside the house and apartments.

  • SEASIDE HOME and BEACHFRONT APARTMENT – By Train: Walk 20 mins to Elsternwick train station. It then takes around 15 mins by train from Elsternwick train station to Flinders Street station in the city. Elsternwick Train station is on the Sandringham train line to the city. From the central Flinders Street station you can transfer to a City Loop train which goes around the city.
  • SEASIDE HOME and BEACHFRONT APARTMENT – By Bus: There are 3 bus tops very close (2 min walk). You can take the bus directly to the city or to Elsternwick train station.
  • SEASIDE HOME and BEACHFRONT APARTMENT – By Tram: the tram stop is 15 min walk from Seaside Home. The number 67 tram goes right through the city to Melbourne University or the other direction to Carnegie.
  • SANTA MONICA APARTMENT - – By Train: This apartment is located opposite the Carnegie Train Station
