We have a total of five properties for short term rental. Three properties are in Elwood, one in Carnegie and one in Port Melbourne. We have welcomed guests to our properties since 2016.

Elwood home, Poets Retreat, Bayside Melbourne and Beachfront Apartment offer accommodation in a beachside suburb of Elwood and Port Melbourne. Santa Monica, 2 bedroom Apartment is in the heart of Carnegie. Guests can enjoy a relaxed and comfortable ‘home away from home’ experience in our boutique style accommodation – just metres from the beach, stations, yachts, golf course, shops, restaurants and bars.

Elwood's art deco architecture hints at its wild, quirky past as a cabaret nightspot during the 1970s. Today, the more gentrified suburb is one of Melbourne's most sought-after locations. Elwood's popular cafe culture is evident at Elwood Village, the main shopping district, just a few minutes’ walk from our property.

Port Melbourne is a diverse and historic area, featuring industrial and port areas along the Yarra, to open parklands, bayside beaches, exclusive apartments and Bay Street's restaurants and cafes. The suburb also forms a major transport link from east to west, home to one end of the West Gate Bridge.

Carnegie on the other hand is one of the best inner suburbs in Melbourne located 12 kms from the city. It has the best of many worlds. Santa Monica Apartment is located just 1 minute walk to Koornang Road shops and many restaurants, 2 Woolworth supermarkets, an Aldi supermarket plus various Asian, Greek, Indian and Russian grocery stores. It’s almost unbelievable to find so many different cultures on a single street.

When it comes to public transport, Port Melbourne, Carnegie & Elwood suburbs are spoiled for choice with the neighbourhood well connected by trains, trams and buses.

All apartments are fitted with a flat-screen TV.

Unlimited wifi can be enjoyed at all our properties.

All properties provides great place to stay in the quiet and beautifully tree-lined Street in Elwood, Port Melbourne and Carnegie.
